Install Core
Use a clean Ubuntu server or VM with root/sudo access and outbound internet connectivity.

The installer provides the web setup URL. Set your administrator password and organisation name there. Core installs the panel and Hub VPN; optional applications are installed from the panel. Updates preserve existing accounts.
